台北市長柯文哲今天表示，自己是希望總統馬英九特赦前總統陳水扁，這表現一種藍綠和解的氣氛。明天將南下高雄壽山動物園參加活動，若有空就會去探望陳水扁。高雄市議會民進黨團連署建請馬總統特赦陳水扁，高雄市長陳菊表態支持，也有民進黨立委呼籲特赦扁。柯文哲上午出席「北市成棒七周年，冠名合作興富發」記者會，會後接受媒體聯訪時，做上述表示。他表示，若就醫生立場，自己曉得阿扁的狀況，比較長期保外就醫需先處理。至於特赦問題，老實說，自己希望馬總統能特赦，這表示一種藍綠和解氣氛。媒體追問是否會建議總統當選人蔡英文特赦？柯文哲說，坦白講，新總統上來單就GDP（平均每人國民生產毛額）問題，大家都「挫哩等」，若是蔡總統的話，麻煩問題那麼多，恐怕要先處理。他表示，自己是陳水扁的醫療小組召集人，去探望是很自然的，明天南下若有空就會去探望。
